Upon pickup, your order comes straight to us. It gets treated with priority care to ensure the fastest turnaround time. We'll price your order and send you the invoice once processing begins.
Out for delivery
Your order will be sent out for delivery as soon as it's ready. Invoices must be paid prior to delivery to avoid delays.

Leave us the details and we’ll come back to you. This is a request rather than a booking: nothing is reserved until we’ve spoken and confirmed it.
What Priority costs, and what it doesn’t promise
Priority is priced per order and quoted when we reserve it. It carries a premium over the standard service, and you hear what it is on the call, before we collect anything.
Priority service is limited, first come first serve. That is why you will not find it as an option in the booking flow: we would rather say yes on the phone than let a form say yes on our behalf.

No. Priority service is available by reservation only. Call us and we'll tell you straight away whether we can take it.
Is this a 24 hour or rush service?
Same day service. You reserve, we pickup, and the order comes back to you the same day rather than on the standard 72 hour schedule.
