How does pickup work?
Book a day, we collect from your door, count and price everything, and send an itemized invoice when we start cleaning.
How long does it take?
Most orders are delivered within 72 hours of pickup. Gowns and specialty items may take longer, but we'll confirm cost and timing before cleaning starts.
Can you pick up from my workplace?
Yes. Plenty of our pickups are from shops, yards and offices rather than homes, particularly around Concord. Book it to your work address and we'll collect and deliver right there.
Can you bill to a different address for business orders?
Yes. For business orders, billing can go to a separate address from where we pick up and deliver. Let us know when you book and we'll set it up.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order moves through five stages in your account: placed, picked up, processing, ready for delivery, and delivered. You always know where your clothes are.
