dryGo ("we," "us," "our") operates a garment pickup, delivery, and dry cleaning coordination service in Vaughan, Ontario and surrounding areas. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our customers, the public, or us. Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Canada (for example, in the United States). Where information is handled outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in a manner consistent with this Policy and PIPEDA.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including keeping payment card data off our systems entirely (handled by Stripe), restricting access to those who need it, and securing access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately for its sensitivity.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service. We retain transaction records (orders, invoices, payment records) for the period required by Canadian tax and record-keeping law (approximately six years), even after an account is closed.
